ginger beer 002: a second queer art exhibition
The next instalment of ginger beer: a queer art exhibition is coming back to The Island, Bristol from the 26th - 28th of February 2019!
The exhibition will feature work from LGBTQ+ artists at various stages of their career responding to a wide range of subject matter. Tuesday 26th February: Come join us for the opening night between 6pm and 10pm, featuring a performance from T.S IDIOT (Thomas Stockley) and a first chance to grab a copy of our zine. Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th: Exhibition continues between 11am and 5pm daily. We are asking for a suggested donation of £2 on the door which will go back into to covering the cost of the venue making it more accessible for the artists involved. Any profits we do make will be donated to local LGBTQ+ charities in Bristol. However no one will be turned away for lack of funds! We look forward to seeing everyone!
